About Qadvo

Qadvo keeps a dated record of each thing a business or a household owns and operates — equipment, vehicles, property, plantings — with what was done to it, what it cost, and what covers it, and turns that record into documents you hand someone. For landscapers, that document is the care guide: a guide to the customer's own yard that carries the landscaper's maintenance plan and sends the homeowner's requests back to the landscaper.

Qadvo runs in a web browser on a phone or a computer and can be added to a phone's home screen. Facts reach a record by photo, voice, forwarded email, or spreadsheet import. Ask Q, Qadvo's AI assistant, answers questions from the account's own records and says so when a fact isn't in them.

Who it’s for

Landscapers and landscape installers

Plan: Qadvo Business

After an install, Qadvo makes a care guide about the customer's own yard: each plant named, its care month by month for the zone, and the landscaper's own warranty terms and maintenance plan. The homeowner keeps it on their phone and on paper. A tap to report a problem or request work lands on the property's record and in the landscaper's inbox, and a Clients board follows each property's plan from offered to active.

Why it matters: after an install, the maintenance plan and the next job usually leave with the truck. The guide keeps the landscaper's offer in the customer's hands and brings the customer's requests back — without writing each guide by hand.

Farms, shops, and small fleets

Plan: Qadvo Operation, or Qadvo Business for a team with customers

Each machine and vehicle keeps its own dated record of service, fuel, repairs, and readings, with the receipt or invoice attached. From it come what each one costs per hour or per mile, service reminders by hours, miles, or dates, the vehicles and equipment no policy on file covers, and a dated history for a warranty claim, an insurance claim, or a sale.

Decisions it informs: whether to repair, replace, or keep a machine, on its own numbers; what to ask the insurance agent about; what is due next.

Households

Plan: Qadvo Personal

One trustworthy record of the home — the largest thing most people own — and everything else they own: the cars, and what is in every room. Receipts, warranties, policies, and every repair, dated, with the paperwork attached. Five photos of a room — one of each wall and one of the whole room — become a draft inventory with estimated replacement values (beta), checked by the owner and printed as an Insurance Inventory report. Ask Q answers from those records, not from the internet, and says when the answer isn't in them. Family members view for free, and a record can go with an item when it is sold.

The problem it is built for is the open loop a homeowner carries — not knowing what they have, what it needs, or whether they are behind — so the record takes the house as it is, unpacked boxes and all, and is built for a home that keeps changing. Q gives the facts the record holds; the decisions stay the owner's. Decisions it informs: whether a repair is already covered before you pay for it yourself; what is actually due and what can wait; what to show an insurer, a buyer, or a contractor.

What Qadvo is not

  • Not fleet telematics: no GPS tracking, ELD or hours-of-service logs, dash cameras, or fuel cards. Hours, miles, and fuel are logged by people — by photo, voice, a forwarded receipt, or an import — not read from the vehicle.
  • Not field-service management: no job scheduling, crew dispatch, routing, estimates, or invoicing. For a landscaper's maintenance plan, Qadvo records the agreement and its status; the customer is invoiced however the landscaper invoices today, and Qadvo does not take that payment.
  • Not bookkeeping: it produces an expense and tax-preparation export (PDF and spreadsheet) for an accountant, not a set of books.
  • Connections: forwarded email in, spreadsheet import, and PDF and spreadsheet export. There are no direct integrations with other apps yet (a SynkedUP connection through Zapier is planned).

Where it fits

Qadvo sits beside the software a business already uses to schedule, estimate, and invoice — for a landscaping company, job software such as SynkedUP, Jobber, LMN, or Aspire — and beside telematics on vehicles that have it. It keeps the record of each thing and hands it to someone; it does not replace those tools. It has no direct connection to any of them yet; a SynkedUP connection through Zapier is planned.
